SHOLEY (Jai or Viru)

Sholey, a picture who was made in India. It was a very good film. It was a super hit movie. In this movie many characters was in this movie. These characters are in heart and mind of people today too. But I would like to talk about the movie’s main characters which were true friends in this movie, Jai and Viru. Jai’s role was played by  Amitabh Bachhan and Viru by Dharmendra.

 

Every person thinks that Jai and Viru was True friends to each other. But I don’t think so. I think that only Viru was true friend while Jai was not.

WHY?

I can prove it.

In this movie Jai was having a coin which was same on both of ends, and it was head. Means HEAD was on both sides. When Jai and Viru couldn’t in a situation to take a decision then they always made a toss. Jai took the all decisions which he wanted. Now, I tell u some decisions which saw in movie.

1.    In starting, seen of train when terrorists attacked on train and the police man injured, then viru asked from Jai to help police man or ran away then Jai said to make a toss. Viru agreed.  Jai says, “if head will come then we will help him and if tale……..” then Viru says, “NO”. When they made toss then it came HEAD. It means Jai knew that HEAD will come while Viru did not knew about the coin. So, Jai took the decision he wanted.

 

              In my points of view, Jai is not a true friend because he has not told this secret of coin to his best friend Viru. Here it means not that he took decision of himself he wanted. Matter is that, he hide the secret.

      True friend don’t hide anything from his friend. Viru had not hide anything from Jai. If Viru did not knew it then it mean Jai hided this secret from then when he got the coin. He has hided this secret in whole the life.

2.    The 2nd time is when he told many things about Viru to Mausi. Here Viru sends Jai to Mausi for his marriage with Basanti. Jai told there that Viru is a drunker. Viru went to Casino and live some nights with Call Girl on KOTHA.

        Some people think that it was a comedy only, but, now I would like come back to see this seen with a point of true friend.

He told these all things was lying and froad. In whole of these things, one was true that he was a drunker but others were wrong. After all, Viru was his friend.

Viru said that, “Jai, only you are my family. Please go to Mausi  and talk about my marriage with Basanti”. Then Jai went and what he said, I have already written about it.  

 But in my points of view, a true friend always ready to help his friend and Jai was presenting bad image of Viru in front of Mausi.

   Here also prove that he was not a true

   Friend.

 

3.    Now, the main point for Jai is last seen in movie. Both of them went to Gabbar Singh’s place to take revenge. Her Jai met with a bucket and he injured seriously. Viru said him to went from there to some medicines. Jai said Viru to go back but Viru refused. Now, here, Jai spoke for a toss and again as a true friend and believe on friend, Viru agreed. In which who will loss the toss he must go back. Jai said that if Tail would come, then I will go back and HEAD comes then Viru will go back, Viru agreed with his wet eyes. Jai made a toss and it came HEAD. Every person knows that the coin was same at both of sides. Jai Already knew that HEAD will come.

Now again, Jai took decision which he wanted. Here you will say that jai met the death to save his friend’s life.

 

Just tell me that WAS VIRU NOT  A TRUE FRIEND? If Viru could knew about the coin, then would he left his friend over there? My answer is “NO”.

Was viru not having the same rights which Jai was having? Was viru could not stopped over there? But because of toss he was disabling to do anything. He could not go against this toss and decision.

 
 
 
 
Dosti ka har farz Jai ne nibhaya tha, kya Viru ka koi farz nahi banta tha. Kya viru ka dost ki help karne ka koi haq nhi tha. Jai ne Viru ke liye jaan de di. Kya Viru ka koi haq nhi tha jaan dene ka. 

 

Dosto mein kabi kuch nhi chhupaya jata. Fir Jai ne Viru se ye baat kyun chhupayi. Jab se ye dono saath the tab se hi Jai ne ye secret chhupa rakha tha. Ek dost dusre dost ko saari zindagi dhoka deta raha

     

       Now tell me, was Jai a true friend?
